What infatuates me about the hospitality industry is the vast flow of human interaction. The amount of creative energy as a result of it, is endless and fascinating. As a fast developing and forever changing industry, i call it liquid, you never know which way it will flow next.
I ended up working in the hospitality industry by accident. Like many students i needed the money. I discovered I was quite good at people interactions and attention to detail. I was often joking about getting paid to do what i loved most -being out and about in bars an restaurants – a young socialite of my own kind. Looking back even when i worked, i felt i was out having fun, meeting new people, learning new ideas and seeing the big world through the eyes of others. I went through stages where i wanted to have my own bar, restaurant, club, shop, even cabaret but i never went through with any of my previous ideas because i was not ready.
This time I am! I am ready to help, teach and coach people to achieve their goals and be the best they can be whether they are a business owner or a bar mate. I want to inspire and motivate them to aim for better and always look for ways to improve themselves, their lives, their work and family environment or simply have a great day!
